We love this book, which tells many of the foundational Biblical stories in gentle rhyme. These story poems make excellent “jumping off points” for children to construct dramatic Bible skits. In our drama session, we explored the story of The Good Samaritan, pantomiming the action, and adding the characters of Sin and Doubt, along with a poem that tied the skit to the theme of courage.
